Conference Registration Fee:  600 zł

Conference Registration Fee for students:  500 zł

Workshops Registration Fee: 250 zł

Joint Conference & Workshop Registration Fee: 750 zł

Joint Conference & Workshop Registration Fee for students: 650 zł



Accomodation in Boss Hotel (Paid directly to the Hotel after reservation):

  • Single room – 225 zł for 1 person per night
  • Double room – 255 zł for 2 person per night

The room reservation procedure is described in the Accommodation section.

The Conference and Workshops fees can be paid together. Please, let us know in advance, if you need proforma invoice.


Please, notice that:

  • The conference fee will cover lunches, dinners and coffee breaks (including social events: conference mixer at 23.04.2017 and conference dinner at 24.04.2017) as well as the conference materials.
  • The workshops fee will cover lunch, dinner and coffee breaks. The workshop fee will also cover the printed materials.
  • The invoice will be sent via email. Please, provide your tax identification number (NIP) and the address for the invoice on the registration form.
  • Cancellation of participation – please contact the Conference Office.
  • Refund of the fee – please contact the Conference Office. Please, note: If cancellation takes place prior to 21 March, 2018 the complete payment will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellations received after that date.
